Heavy-Duty Pro-Grade Performance

Each head uses our 3-Blade Carbide Cutting System, engineered for fast, smooth and perfectly centered socket preparation. No chatter, no grabbing, no melting — just clean, square hubs ready for a leak-free connection.

Why Pros Choose Single Heads

  • Replace only the size that wears out
  • Stock extra heads for your most-used diameters
  • Keep your ProReamer kit running like new
  • Perfect for high-volume or commercial jobs
  • Costs less than buying a full set

Designed for 1/2" Drill Compatibility

All heads lock perfectly into any ProReamer drill body and run smoothly on a standard ½" drill at low or medium RPM.

Tip: If you fix 2–3 fittings per week, we recommend keeping two heads per size for maximum speed and rotation.

6 Reasons You Should Have ProReamer in Your Toolbox

Whether you're a licensed plumber, a contractor on tight deadlines, a handyman, or a weekend DIYer — ProReamer helps you fix mistakes faster, save materials, and avoid costly rework on every job.

1

Stop Cutting Out Good Pipe

Remove a single bad fitting without tearing out entire runs. ProReamer cleans the hub from the inside so you salvage the pipe instead of replacing it.

2

Save Valves, Flanges & Fittings

Keep expensive valves and fittings in place. Ream the socket, drop in new pipe, and move on — no more wasting $20–$40 parts over one mistake.

3

Fix Mistakes in 2 Minutes

Chuck it in any ½" drill, clean the joint, and reconnect. A job that used to take 30–45 minutes now takes under 120 seconds.

4

No Demo. No Patching. No Painting.

Fix the problem without opening walls or repairing drywall. Zero demo. Zero mess. Just clean, fast plumbing repairs.

5

Perfect, Leak-Free Joints

The triple-carbide cutting head leaves a smooth, square hub ready for primer, glue, and a proper pressure-tight connection.

6

Pays for Itself on the First Job

One saved valve, one avoided callback, or one joint you don't have to demo — and ProReamer has already paid for itself.

FAQ

Straight answers to the most common questions plumbers ask before adding PROREAMER to their kit.

What exactly does PROREAMER do?

PROREAMER lets you remove a PVC fitting that’s already been glued using your drill — no heat gun, no cutting, and no unnecessary demolition. You clean out the inside of the fitting and reuse the existing pipe or valve.

What pipe sizes is it designed for?

The PROREAMER head is designed for standard drain PVC sizes: 32, 40, 50 and 100 mm. It’s made specifically for drain and waste PVC, not for pressure-rated PVC systems.

Can I use it with any drill/driver?

Yes. PROREAMER is built with a standard hex shank, so it fits into any regular drill or driver with a standard chuck. Just tighten it down and you’re ready to go.

Is it durable? Do the blades wear out quickly?

The tool is made from a high-grade aluminum alloy body with ISO-certified carbide inserts. The blades are designed for long life and can be rotated to use all four cutting edges. When they’re finally worn, you can simply replace the inserts.

Is PROREAMER complicated to use?

No. Just chuck it into your drill, slide it into the glued fitting and let it work. In a few seconds, the inside of the fitting is cleanly reamed out and ready for fresh primer and glue.

How is it better than using a heat gun?

Compared to a heat gun, PROREAMER is:

Faster — no long heating time.
Safer — no open heat, no risk of burns or overheating the PVC.
Cleaner — you get a neat, even bore instead of softened, distorted plastic.
More convenient — no extension cord, no hot tool to manage on site.

Is PROREAMER certified?

Yes. PROREAMER is RoHS compliant, tested by SGS and meets CE requirements. The materials used are produced under ISO / GB-T standards for quality and safety.

Is the PROREAMER deburring head dangerous?

No. The PROREAMER head is designed with an internal guide insert that matches the inside diameter of the pipe. It locks itself in place inside the PVC and prevents slipping or jumping, keeping the tool stable and secure even at higher speeds.

Can debris stay inside the line after reaming?

No. The central shaft naturally pushes chips and shavings out of the fitting as it rotates. The reaming action is clean, with no leftover fragments or blockage in the line when used properly.

Can I use it in tight or hard-to-reach areas?

Yes. PROREAMER can be used with an angle drill or right-angle attachment, which makes it easier to work under sinks, behind cabinets or in tight corners without tearing out the installation.

Does it also work on larger diameters?

Absolutely. The whole PROREAMER range is built with three carbide blades engineered for a faster, smoother cut. That design makes it just as effective on larger diameters, up to 100 mm, without requiring extra effort from you or your drill.
